Implementation and compliance with Revenue Management Standards, Policies & Procedures (Rate Plan, Rate Categories, Market Segments, Profiles and all other PMS/IPS related RM functionality)
Developing overall pricing strategy, in alignment for Retail, Corporate, Groups and Wholesale
Driving and ensuring Market Share /Revenue Performance through proper strategies and evaluating new markets

Responsible for preparation and presentation of Rooms Revenue Management elements as part of the annual budget process
Leading the property’s weekly Revenue Management meetings with the Executive Team & Department Heads to discuss Opportunities and Threats for the Complex
Represent the Hotel/Complex in contributing Revenue Management strategic visions during all Regional and Divisional Property Reviews, Pricing Meetings, Round Table presentations and Conferences. Responsible for the Revenue Management & Reservation succession plan
Focusing on regular training sessions for the Team’s to ensure the Revenue Management culture
